Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
Since I have updated my ios to 15.3.1 on iPhone xs max I am not able to use the hotspot on any other phone or computer.
Steps which is already been taken but unfortunately no result:
1: Force restart
2: Reset all setting
3: Reset network setting

the first thing you have to know we are in Apple support communities we are users like you!
if you contact to your carrier And you still have a problem with Hotspot follow this steps:
go to Settings > cellular > cellular plans > cellular data network > and put the word "internet" in the fields shown in the pictures
Then turn off the cellular data and restart it!

There is no limitation from the carrier end, and there are certain steps which I have taken but no result even I have inserted my SIM in another phone it was working fine.
