You might want to follow the steps in Apple Support's article (link below):
Add, use, and share boarding passes, tickets, and other passes in Apple Wallet - Apple Support
If you still can't Add the ticket:
You might want to contact the merchant or company that issued the ticket,
to make sure they support passes in the Wallet app.
