IPAD unable to download apps

I’ve made sure, sure, sure my payment is up to date and valid, but every time I try to download a new app, it says payment is not completed. I’ve restarted, tried most everything! Is there a fix?

You can contact the Support Team using the Get Support link at top-right of this page. Alternatively, you can initiate and manage your support cases using the excellent Apple Support App. If not already installed on your iPad, the App can be downloaded from the App Store:

If you're sure your payment info is okay and nothing is pending on your credit/debit card, please contact iTunes Store Support Team directly, using this link:--> iTunesStore & App Store – Get support for various issues, and choosing: your country, then Apple ID, then iTunes & App Store. If your problem is not among the options shown there, tap/click on the option “the topic is not listed” and describe your issue.
