Caller ID
Previously when calls came in with unsaved numbers it would provide me with the name or business (similar to a house phone caller ID) now it does not is it a way to fix this ?

Caller ID and Caller ID with name is a carrier feature.
Contact your cellular carrier for assistance.
Many carriers have begun attempting to authenticate calls coming into their networks. If they can not do so, you may only see the number. In some cases, you may see a later such as "potential spam", or even just a general location.
