Do apple phone cases have warranty?

I’ve had my apple silicone case for about 1-2 months now and there’s a small piece missing and peeling on the edges.

How would I process to get a new one?

Most Apple products come with a 90 day warranty iff you bought them directly from Apple. bSee:

If you bought them elsewhere,n then return the\m to that store.

I called my local apple store and they said it’s not covered I’d have to get a new one
