Hi. I have a question! If i took subscription of i cloud for one month and in next month I can't pay anymore so what would happened with my data in i cloud storage?

It would be deleted. to maintain access to anything beyond the free 5GB you need to continue paying for it. It's a rental, not a one time purchase.
Like renting a house. You must pay every month if you want to continue living in it.
