Are you having issues with an in-app purchase? If so, we'd recommend following the steps from here: If you can't find or use your in-app purchases


In particular these steps from the above link may help:



1. Make sure that you're signed in with the same Apple ID that you used to make the purchase.
2. Make sure that in-app purchases are allowed on your device.
3. Restart your device:
Restart your iPhone 
Restart your iPad 
Restart your iPod touch
4. If you were charged for the purchase and you still can't restore it, contact the app developer for support. You can also report a problem to Apple.
