I bought my iPhone X in January 2018 and the microphone needs replacement since June 2021. However, replacement costs close to 750$. Is there a warrantee I can use? PS. The iStorm shop in Athens told me that they can sell to me a new iPhone X for that money since they cannot really repair that phone.

I don't think that there is a warranty that will cover a phone that old.
You might check this link to see if there is anything that you might have missed:
Get help with the microphones on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
Note: then test with the Voice Memos app.
If no help, it would seem that you have two realistic options:
1) Use a Bluetooth device that contains a microphone, for example, AirPods
2) Get a replacement phone
