Why is my iPhone 11 not able to receive calls or dial out more like that allow

iPhone 11 Pro

iPhone - If you can't make or receive calls


iPhone – Won’t activate.        


iPhone/iPad - No Service or Searching.  


iPhone - If you see 'invalid SIM' or 'no SIM' on your iPhone or iPad
