Hi Kayjessalyn,
We suggest making sure that both the Apple Watch and iPhone are running the latest software version.
On your iPhone, tap Settings > General > Software Update.
Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
On your Apple Watch, tap Settings > General > Software Update, as well.
Leave your Apple Watch on its charger while the update completes, and don't restart your Apple Watch. When the update completes, your Apple Watch restarts on its own.
