frozen apple watch screen
The latest advice said to go to the WATCH APP on my IPHONE and then go to GENERAL>RESET >RESET SYNC DATA. I cannot get that to occur. The RESET SYNC DATA is YELLOW and won't do anything when I touch her.
I have no idea if that will actually help things but I am desperate as I am out of the country and can't get to an Apple store.
I spent 23 minutes with an apple representative who did not know how to help.
My watch( series 4- three years old) and my phone(12 Plus) less than a year old are both up to date with the latest software updates.
- I have forced my watch off by touching the digital crown at the side bar until the apple symbol came back on.
- I have made sure my watch is clean.
- My wifi and cellular connections are strong.
