We'd recommend checking the following as well:

• Try without being connected to Wi-Fi to see if that also provides the same result.
• Ensure your device is up-to-date: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
• check to ensure Location Services are enabled: Turn Location Services and GPS on or off on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
