Payment method is declined by apple!

My apple declines any payment that I try to add. I have tried several options already, but it doesn't work.

Please inspect my personal case as soon as possible.

I have already asked you to inspect my personal case, since I have tried several options after researching your guides on your site and none works, that’s why I had to write in the community.


I am out of the USA and calling you is not convenient at all.


So please let me know how I can inform you my personal case details. Any email?
