Hello. Have a good day. Please help me. I have Imazing program and cannot restore system. what i need do?

Given that the text in your screenshot is in Russian, I presume that you may be within the Russian Federation. If so, you may have difficulty connecting to international server resources.

I have the same problem from within Germany with an actual iPad Pro. Exactly the same error message.
