There are multiple numbered dyld_shared_cache_ files in /System/Library/dyld

This is what my folder /System/Library/dyld looks like right now:

aot_shared_cache.0
aot_shared_cache.1
aot_shared_cache.2
aot_shared_cache.3
aot_shared_cache.t8027.0
aot_shared_cache.t8027.1
aot_shared_cache.t8027.2
aot_shared_cache.t8027.3
dyld_shared_cache_arm64e
dyld_shared_cache_arm64e.1
dyld_shared_cache_arm64e.map
dyld_shared_cache_x86_64
dyld_shared_cache_x86_64.1
dyld_shared_cache_x86_64.2
dyld_shared_cache_x86_64.3
dyld_shared_cache_x86_64.map
dyld_shared_cache_x86_64h
dyld_shared_cache_x86_64h.1
dyld_shared_cache_x86_64h.2
dyld_shared_cache_x86_64h.3
dyld_shared_cache_x86_64h.map

All those files occupy a little over 5 GB on the hard drive. The were all changed (created?) on Feb 6th, 2022 … and I could swear als those numbered files (.1, .2 etc.) are new.

Is it possible (and save) to remove the numbered versions? Or is it possible to somehow cleanup and rebuild those »chaches«?

I am on a MacBook Air (13", Early 2015) using macOS 12.2.1 (21D62).
