Apple account problem

I need to pay for my monthly icloud fees, but my Japanese Visa card expired, and I wish to use my new visa card not issued in Japan, for that apple is asking me to spend the 160 yen in my account but there is nothing I can buy with that amount. In addition, if I use a non Japanese Credit card I will loose my Japanese Itunes store account. How can I keep my itunes store to Japan as I don't want to loose the apps I purchased and not available where I am currently living, plus I will be going back to Japan.

how can I add money to my apple account with my current visa ?
