apple logo boot loop

I dropped my iphone 11 pro inside sea water for some 10 mins. My iphone 11 pro keeps on try to boot but not switching on. I tried to both update and restore my iphone using itunes but both of them throw error 4013. I tried all the possible solutions to restore/ update my iphone, but nothing worked.

iphone is on boot loop. Is this software issue or hardware issue? Can my iphone be restored?

Hello ~ You can try those solutions but I think the key here is your iPhone has suffered water damage and of the worst kind “ sea water” The salt will continue to corrode your device. Take a look here and my hopes are that your have been backing up your device.

Water and other liquid damage to iPhone or iPod isn't covered ...
