Mac restarts - Kernell issue

My computer keeps stopping to work (tilts) and then sometimes turns off. The report I get when the computer restarts is attached. I read in the forum that to understand the issue I should run the Etrecheck program and share the report. Here is the report about my Knernell problem. Could anyone help me understand if it can be solved and what is causing it?

Since the Kernel Panics are referencing a SATA SSD (AHCI), that should mean the SSD in your Mac is removable. Check out OWC for replacement options for your specific Mac. The OWC SSDs utilize NVMe based SSDs which will be much faster than the original Apple SSD, but the NVMe based SSDs require macOS 10.13+ to be used. In fact your Mac must already have had macOS 10.13+ installed prior to using an NVMe based SSD.

If your Mac supports Monterey, then you will want to make sure to install Monterey while you still have the original Apple SSD installed internally even if you install Monterey to an external drive. The Monterey installer requires an Apple original SSD to be installed internally in order to update the Mac's system firmware. After the system firmware is updated, then Monterey can be installed while using an third party SSD internally.
