Why would grapher app be installed on my Mac, I really never downloaded this and have no use for it.

Apple Support Communities is a great place for help, and it sounds as though you're reaching out about the Grapher application. Much like Safari, Grapher is an application that's built in to macOS and can't be uninstalled from the Mac. If you would like to provide feedback about macOS applications and/or Grapher itself, you can do so via the Product Feedback website. Apple does appreciate all feedback about their products, services, and features.
