SSD enclosure

my a1708 macbook pro took a dump and i removed the ssd 128gb does anyone sell enclosures or readers so i can use it externally and recover my information?

that number looks up to a late 2016 or mid 2017 13-in MacBook Pro.


At this wring there are no third-party replacement drives or external enclosures available for that model.


If you can not access it from another Mac using Target Disk Mode, it is lost.

OWC recently began selling replacement SSDs for the MBPro 2016-2017 non-Touchbar models:

You are correct that there are no enclosures for this proprietary SSD connector.
