My phone isn't loading even though it is connected to Wi-Fi

My phone doesn't load even if I am on Wi-Fi and I have tried to restart my phone multiple times and i tried disconnecting from my Wi-Fi and reconnecting, nothing is helping. The rest of the devices my family has works perfectly fine except for mine. I also can't back up my phone because the internet doesn't work.
