How can i install iOS10.3.3 on iPad 2
I have an iPad 2 cant download it YouTube and others because I don't have iOS10.3.3 please help me

You cannot. an iPad 2 cannot update past iOS 9.3.5. Its simply too old for any newer version. It lacks the hardware to run anything newer.
If you need Youtube, then you will need a slightly less old iPad. The iPad 2 is 11 year old hardware at this point.
