I keep getting an error code of 1605, what does that mean?
I get the following when attempting to log in to my benefits account: Reason Code 1605
What does that mean??

This sounds to me as a problem for your benefits manager's website team to solve.
If you believe it's a local problem, try different Browsers. I prefer Firefox but there are others.
