hardware of GPS & barometer

Is there any advantage or disadvantage that difference between the new Iphone SE 2022 or Iphone 12-13 series about using GPS and barometer performance of hardware? Can we say an Iphone 13 uses a better GPS module components?

No iPhone has a built in barometer. But according to the specifications all three phones you reference have the same GPS capabilities.

Based on publicly posted tear downs, all iPhones for at least the last 6-7 years use Skyworks GPS modules (Skyworks also produces other modules for various purposes used on iPhone logic boards).


So I doubt there is any substantial differences between models in terms of GPS performance, accuracy or precision.
