Why do I keep getting errors on my screen

I can’t log into my Apple ID on FaceTime it’s keeps saying activation errors

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 15

Follow ALL steps here If you can’t turn on or sign in to iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support
