Apple Music transfer

I upgraded phones and now on my new and old phone my Apple Music has disappeared and it’s asking me to join Apple Music but I feel if I rejoin my old account will be gone forever. Im using the same Apple ID so I don’t know why it hasn’t transferred over to my new phone
