iPad (5th generation) 9.7 inch main camera sensor dimensions

I am using photogrammetry software which requires the physical dimensions of the main camera sensor of the iPad (5th generation) 9.7 inch. I have photos taken with this iPad which don’t have the sensor dimensions embedded in the photos, nor does Apple supply the specifications for the sensor’s dimensions.

Please assist.
