Apple ID Isn't Working On TikTok Login

My Apple ID isn't letting me log into my TikTok account after randomly logging me out. I've tried redownloading the app, restarting my phone but nothing is working and it always says "unable to authorize, try again later". I didn't associate a phone number or email as I thought my Apple ID would always log me in but now all of a sudden it can't. I don't know what to do and TikTok won't respond to my feedback so I assumed the other side would be to go to Apple and see if there's a way to get my Apple ID to finally log me back into my TikTok despite the fact I haven't associated a phone number or email with the account.

Besides that I haven't been able to get any response from TikTok despite the fact that I've contacted them multiple times over the last few weeks so I thought someone on the Apple Forums might've had a similar experience and a potential solution since TikTok hasn't been any help.

FYI: This a user to user technical forum for using Apple products.

For 3rd party apps, best you visit their forum or website.

I'm still using TikTok in hope that they will respond to the multiple forms I've submitted to their support forums. I understand that TikTok isn't an Apple product and so there's little to nothing they can really do however it doesn't hurt to ask, if that makes sense.
