List of devices/computers to use to restore iPad Pro 12.9"

My iPad Pro 12.9" requires a restore. Apparently I could accomplish this by connecting the iPad via USB cable to an Apple computer. I don't own an Apple. Is there a list of devices/computers I can connect to, to restore my iPad?

a windows pc with itunes would work just as well (itunes can be installed for windows 10 app store or from apples site)
