I am not sure what you exactly mean by your question. This is because signing out of your Apple ID is not going to free up storage space on your iPhone.
You can free up storage space on your iPhone by deleting data on it. Media files (Videos, Photos, Music etc) take up the most space and deleting those files will free up space fast.
