The information that you are looking for exists in this article that you were reviewing earlier 👉 If you can't send or receive messages on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

You just changed your SIM card. Can you make and receive phone calls? If you are having trouble making or receiving calls AND cannot send/receive messages, then contact your carrier to ensure that your cellular account has been setup correctly.
