My Phone rings once and they stops the ringing sound but there is still someone calling
How do I fix this and have the phone ring normally?

- Make sure Focus is off: Turn a Focus on or off on iPhone - Apple Support.
- Make sure Silence Unknown Callers is off: Detect and block spam phone calls - Apple Support.
If the issue persists, Restart your iPhone - Apple Support and try again.
