Voicemail isn’t working. It says voicemail is not available…
then says call voicemail, but they ask for password. Don’t know??

Contact your cell phone provider to resolve the issue.

Based on Personal Experience:
I had that issue 5 days ago in my district. Affected roughly 18K users. Fixed in a matter of 3 hours. So, it's nothing on your part. Wait it out, and it will be back, sure enough.
