Our icloud data lost out of the blue and now its not showing in the recoverable files. What to do?

If the data is not available or in the deleted items/recently deleted folders or in the trash on your Mac, it is gone.

So icloud lose all my data and I cant recover it and there is nothing that they can do. that's it with apple products. theya re getting worse and worse and now there is no help to recover what THEY have lost. Great. Great brand recognition - crap company and overpriced products that don't work and worse, actually destroy you files that you entrust to them.
