Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! To remove mobile device manage ment, you can delete profiles by going to Settings > General > Profiles or Profiles & Device Management: How to delete an app that has a configuration profile on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If you're unable to delete the profile, you'll need to get in contact of whoever administers the profile to assistance in removing it.
