find my wife's phone

My wife lost her phone.

When I the Find My app, my phone shows, but hers does not. How do I locate an iPhone

using the app that is not mine?

Use a browser and login with her Apple ID => https://www.icloud.com/#find

Who's Account is this?

If her iCloud Account, show would need to have Find My enabled. You wouldn't be able to see this on your account.
