camera icon missing on Notes page. trying to scan a document

Tap on Notes, then the compose icon at the bottom right corner. n The keyboard may appear. Turn it off by tapping "Done" in the top-right corner. The camera icon should now appear at the bottom-middle section.

It will only appears if you use iCloud > Notes.

FYI If you have other managers like GMail, Microsoft, Yahoo it will not work.
