Refund to Apple Pay

As we know, now Apple Pay doesn’t work on the territory of Russia, but I have a reservation refund of Airbnb with the payment method “Apple Pay”. The Airbnb said that refund is on Apple Pay account (by the way I didn’t had it) I want to know would Apple Pay send my refund to my card or not?

Apple Pay store refund not received by mistake I downloaded an app called “TV cast and Screen mirroring app” initial 3 days was free and then it charges. If your refund is on a debit card that is no longer Active will the refund go on my Apple Pay? Will a refund for subscription that is no longer active or able to use go on to Apple Pay account?
