Hi, I have an apple watch 6 and I lost my mindfulness app. I can't even find it in the App Store to reinstall it. What should I do? Thank you

Try click the Digital Crown to see all your apps.
Long press the screen and switch to List View from Grid View.
In List View, all apps are alphabetically ordered.
Scroll down to M for Mindfulness
Open the Mindfulness app 
on your Apple Watch
