Can't connect iPad as a second monitor after update OS Monterey

After update my Macbook air 2018 to OS Monsterey, I can't connect my iPad (OS15.3.1) as a second monitor (use the same wifi network and have already connected to the same Apple ID). There is no the "Add display" drop down box as shown in the image below. Could someone help me with this problem?

Look in Control Centre on the Mac > Display, arrow, Connect to, does it see the iPad?
