i received several bills from apple itunes to Ireland they took more then a thousand and i barely saved the rest the payments are not recorded in my bill history i need Help give me my money back!!!

First determine if it is a real charge on your account, or just scam phishing messages trying to scare you. Phishing messages falsely claiming that you have a big charge from Apple are unfortunately very common.
Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
But if you really have the charges on your account, follow the steps in here:
