Transfer photos to iPad

9th generation iPad. What is easiest way to transfer hundreds of photo images (jpg & psd) directly from flash drive to iPad without using I iCloud or wi-fi?

Assuming that your flash drive has a standard USB Type-A connector, you’ll need an Apple Lightning to USB 3 Camera Adapter:
