Remote management screen
I reset my device & selected the "Erase all content and settings" button. Now when I try reset it I cannot get past the Remote management screen when setting up iphone.

Most likely, that device is remotely controlled by a company/school/institute, and you can do nothing except contacting their IT admin/supervisor and ask to remove that remote management profile, if you are eligible.
