Changing region in Apple ID

Due to war I cannot use my Apple ID which is based in Russia as I am Ukrainian,how can I change it ? I’ve unsubscribed from Apple Music and all paid subscription but it still doesn’t let me however now I am in different country

How to change the country or region of my Apple ID? Hello guys. I am currently in the USA. I need to change the region for map binding and other things. I can't change the region because I have a subscription to apple musik and I can't unsubscribe from it. Since in the requirements you can change the region only at the end of the apple musik subscription. Is there a support link where I can go to unsubscribe?. Even if there is no refund. Wait for the subscriptions to expire, or click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
