Control an Apple LED Cinema Display from Macbook Pro

Hello!

I have a 27" Apple LED Cinema Display attached to my MacbookPro (16", 2019, Monterey).

Is there a way (natively) to control brightness, etc? Seems like I need to download an app.

Thanks.

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 12.1

There may be buttons on the display.

You don't need an App, but you do need a USB connection from your Mac to the Cinema Display. When you give it one, you will get the Brightness slider in displays prefs.
