You have to setup the email server with whoever is hosting your site. Then just add the account to Mail.

Follow these instructions once you have your site email account configured on the server.

You can simply have your website hosted email forwarded to an already existing account on your Mac.

Log in to your hosted account through a browser, and add a "forward to" address.
