Apple watch forgotten passcode

I forgot my Apple watch passcode and the watch is not in my iphone apple watch app. Its like my watch still is paired but my iphone does not see that. I cannot erase any content or do anthing on the apple wartch, it just says visit apple.com or try erase it from your iphone. The apple watch is mine and its not stolen..

Please help

Here are two ways to unpair your watch without using the paired iPhone:

With a web browser, go to: https://www.iCloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID. Open Find My iPhone and select All Devices (at the top). Then click your Apple Watch, select 'Erase Apple Watch', and select Next until the device is erased. Finally click "X" next to remove your Apple Watch.
