I am trying to learn how to scan from my Canon printer to this MacBook Air

I can not get pdf. to work nor can i find my documents after I have scannd them.

Can anyone out there please tell me how to get my scanner to save in PDF, I tried once to fix from tiff, but it did not last. I did find the documents, but can not get them to accumulate in one slide or package? And my Google will not let them be added to a letter i want to send

Ok, I am not very good at MacBook. New to it, used to Microsoft, products.

However I can not find Printers & Scanners on this computer. Oh, well I found something but it does not open for above noted.

Hi AnnapolisValley. In Preferences, under Printers and Scanners, you should see a "Scan" tab. Click on "Open Scanner" and the rest should be self explanatory. Hope that helps you.
