How to recover iCloud account when I can no longer access iCloud email since I do not have the password?

You must remember the Apple ID that was signed in iPhone , if you don't remember the password use a web browser and reset the password using a link https://iforgot.apple.com/appleid#!§ion=appleid
You must know the correct credentials for setting up the account .
