If you'd like to change your Apple ID email address, you can find those instructions here: Change your Apple ID
Before you make any changes to your Apple ID email address, make sure to sign out of your account on any device you're currently signed into iCloud. If you do not sign out of iCloud before changing the email address it can cause the device to go into Activation Lock and be unusable.
